Name:
Location: Kent, Washington, United States

I was born in San Francisco and grew up in Anaheim. I really didn't have much interest in politics in those days.Other than Pres Reagan anyway. My wife turned me on to rush limbaugh and the rest as they say is history. Some Consider me a hard core conservative.I don't,yes I am a conseravtive but I'm more open minded than the hard core ones. For 10 years we lived in skagit county during that time I was a pco Area chair and county yr chairman.Since my wife and I moved to Kent almost 3 years ago the fargo precinct in the 47th district where we make our home has sat empty. Its been actually 5-6 years since its been vacant. The King Gop doesn't like me so empty the fargo precinct sits.

Wow Wow Wow!!!

Good Afternoon,

Today I met Susan Hutchison for the first time. Now I went into this
meeting with high expectations. All I can say is Wow Wow Wow.
I was so blown away by her,Susan is just something special.
I sure hope she decides to run we really do need her.

Everything I thought about Susan Just exploded before my
very eyes. She was so much more than I ever imagined.
I hope all of you get to see and here what I just did.
People like Susan are rare, lets hope the state GOP realizes
that before its to late. I consider myself
very lucky to be able to know her. There just aren't many
people like her.

Let me finish by saying this again There is know better
person than Susan Hutchison.I don't think a person can be any
more convinced than I am about Susan. Its time we had a Senator
we can all be proud of.

This week:So when did free speech become illegal in the King county Gop

When I went to see her I had
a very strong sense about what
kind of a person she was.

What I didn't know was how warm
and friendly she would be.In the
41 years I have been alive no
one has effected me emotionally
the way susan did.

Its very difficult to describe
but when you find a someone like this
who you would be lucky enough to
call a friend.Now I can do that
I'm glad I can.When everyone can
see and hear what I have.Susan
will win this race easily.

Phil,

You have given no substance as to what makes her so great. You just keep saying how impressed you are of her. Everything that you have said could be attributed to any other candidate from either party. Please clarify your reasons for supporting Susan.

Anonymous and everyone else

I met Susan Hutchison weds morning
We talked for over 2 hours.I promised
Susan I would keep this conversation
between her and I.

Susan has not decided what she's
going to do yet.So for the time being
you will just have to take my word
for it.That she is a much better
candidate that mcgavick.

Once all of you know where she
stands on the issues. Most of you will be just fine with her.

Phil,
You still are giving us no details or substance. I understand the conversation was between the two of you, but it strikes me funny that a possible candidate for senator would be concerned about you reporting on some of her positions on various issues...

She may be "warm" and "friendly" but is everyone going to have to have a two hour meeting with her to find out in private what her positions on politics are or will be.

This amounts to major fluff piece, you shouldn't have even bothered to post it, I could have told you that she is a friendly person. I know lots of people who are friendly and they wouldn't make very good senators.

Give her a call or drop her an email and ask if you can maybe reveal to your readers a little more then just "warm" "friendly" and "wow wow wow"

Look I understand what your
saying but understand she
isnt ready to do that yet.
As for what I wrote there have
been some rather hurtful things
said about her another blog.

I just wanted everyone to know
that she wasn't what she was
being depicted as.There was a
lot more to her than that.
And I for one am glad I found
that out.The best part of it
all: I have wonderful new friend.

Oh one final thing least all of
you think I have gone soft.Think
again.while I admit its pretty
obivious I have a soft spot for
Susan Hutchison.

The fight to clean up the GOP
here in washington goes on.you
can count on it.

The fight to clean up the GOP should start with electing Reagan Dunn. He is the only Councilman who is still working on official county business. Did anyone else see Meth Watch? What has any other Councilmember done about meth lately other than pay it lip service?

If Reagan Dunn can tell me what
it is Steve Hammond actually said
or did to break the 11th commandment.
If he is willing to do that and to
agree to a debate with steve I
will support him.

Phil,

That was just a little barb to antagonize you a little. For a bit of fun. It's no secret how you feel about Reagan ;)

But seriously, Reagan always said that he would respect the process. Included in that process was a provision that in case of a judge ruling the way that he did, then he could run as a dual-nominee. With regards to breaking the 11th commandment, I think that it is a combination of many things. It seems to me that Steve has been negative the entire time against Reagan. The postcard that my mother received in the mail from him before the convention said, "Don't switch horses midstream," and then another quote saying that his opponent, Reagan, is completely inexperienced.

I wish that this race between two R's would not have gotten this ugly. I have seen from previous posts from you that Reagan supporters are always mean-spirited and confrontational. I have to say that I have honestly not seen that. It seems to me that the Hammond supporters are the most vocal of their opposition to Reagan, and what they do is cut at his character. Let's try to keep this an issues-related race rather than a negative race. It will be healthier for the party that way.

Respectfully,

Me

Thank you for your response.What
you just said is the standard
answer I get from most Dunn
supporters.

If what your saying about hammond
is considered negative among the
dunn camp.Then were finished maybe
its just me but whats wrong with
pointing out differences between
you and your opponent.

Now I'm sorry if you have never
seen the dunn supporter stuff
that I have.Thats almost all I
ever see.The column on this race
I left some worst things that
have been said about hammond out.

The biggest thing is when dunn
people go into this verbal assualt on
steve hammond and supporters.I challange everyone one of them
specifically what was steve said
or did to break his pledge to
keep the 11th commandent.

Not one of them have been able to
tell me what it was.Neither
have you.If reagan really respected the proccess
he would condemn the things his
supporters are saying about hammond
but so far he has chosen not to.

I think the others have a point. You could be more specific about what you like about Susan. For instance, "she articulates her positions very well and supports those positions with facts". Or "She has an impressive ability to size up an issue and communicate her position simply and effectively, so that voters understand right away what she stands for" . Or something like that. Or "she can walk on water". Get the idea??

Anonymous,

I understand what your saying.
Susan is very articulate. She is not
Afraid to say what she thinks.Susan has
a great sense of humor.Let tell you
something else she is a great communicator.

Susan has way of talking to group
of people and making it sound like
she is talking just to you.Believe
me there is no confusion about
where Susan stands on anything.

All of you have some patience
Susan will talk when she is ready.
It will be worth the wait.

Your two postings about Susan sound more like an infatuation with a cult of the personality.

Were you a Perot fanatic in 1992?

And your grammar is not improving - know / no; hear / here

Thank you for your response.
No I was not a perot fanatic
in 92.When I realized his campaign was a fraud I got away
fast.

Now as to Susan what your saying isn't true. Its hard to explain why
I have said the things I did about her.Whether you choose to believe
it or not everything I have said
about her is the truth.

In the coming weeks and months
everyone will know exactly what
I am talking about.Well ok it will
be a little different because yes
I'm closer to her and see some things that others wont.

As to the grammar I will continue
to work on the that.Sometimes I
can little to excited when I post
and it doesnt quite go the way I planned. All can say is I'm working
on it.
